1. Do Grumpy Wizard incense stick contain chemicals?
No. Our sticks are made with high quality fragrance and essential oils with a carrier designed specifically for incense use.

2. Does the moldavite incense have real moldavite in it?
Yes! Our process uses hand powdered moldavite to capture the vibrational energies of the stone. This is paired with a clean scent to bring in the changes you seek.

3. Do you ship internationally?
We don’t currently ship to international destinations. If you have a U.S. address, or an APO/FPO address, we’re happy to ship to you.

4. Can you tell me which oils/herbs are used in your incense?
Our incense recipes have been created over time using knowledge of a life’s work. Because of this, our recipes and components are proprietary.

5. Do I need a wholesale account to order from you?
Yes. Grumpy Wizard offers our sticks only to wholesale customers. If you are interested in purchasing our fine line of incense for personal use, please have your local store call us to set up an account!

6. How long does it take to get an order?
We ship within 24 hours (same day in most cases). Delivery times by ground service will vary from 3 – 7 business days depending on your location.

We use only verified companies for our shipping and credit card processing. We never share your personal information with anyone outside of our company except for credit card authorizing and as required by law. Your email address is never shared.

9. What is your return/refund policy?
Because incense is a consumable product, it is not returnable. If you are unhappy with the product, please give us a call and let’s talk about your concerns.

We promise to provide you the best, high quality incense we produce. We’ll ship quickly and we will handle all transactions ethically. If you are ever disappointed contact us. Concerns are resolved to the best of our ability when you dialogue with us. We will do the best we can to make sure our website is updated and correct. If you find an error, let us know. We reserve the right to correct website and order/pricing issues caused by human error.
